    • born 24.12.1974 in Berlin
    • 1994 "Abitur" at Shadow-Schule Berlin
    • 1993 writing little pieces of software for TechSoft, fooling around with the HOOPS graphics API
    • 1994-96 participation in several projects at my parents' architectural office
    • 1995/96 civil service
    • since 1996 student of Architecture at Bauhaus-Universitaet Weimar
    • since 1998 tutor at department for Computer Science in Architectural Design and Urban Planning aka InfAR
    • since 1998 involvement in igroup.org
    • March 1999 display of the VRAM-project at CeBit'99
    • 1999 additional enrollment at faculty of media, department media systems
    • since summer 1999 several stays at German National Research Center for Information Technology (GMD)(which later 'merged' with Fraunhofer Gesellschaft); Virtual Environments Group (IMK.VE)
    • Summer 2000: foundation of spatialknowledge.com with Hendrik Wendler
